FAQs
My fish died within 24 hours of receiving it. Can I make a claim?
No you cannot. We do not accept claim if the fish has died after you put it in the aquarium.
What do I need to make a sucessful claim?
You need to provide us with photos and videos of the dead fish in the original bag within 24 hours of receiving it to make a sucessful claim.
The fish died in the bag, but I do not have a photos or videos of it dying in the bag. Can I still make a claim?
No you cannot. Unfortunately, if you don't have a sufficient proof of DOA in the original packaging, it does not qualify for a successful claim.
Can I get a refund?
If you can submit a successful claim with the sufficient proof you qualify for Refund or Credit or and option to get the fish again.
This largely depends on individual case basis. Roxy Aquarium reserves right to provide Refund or Store Credit or Resend New Fish after a successful claim.
How long does it take to process the claim?
Most claims are processed within a week. If you haven't heard back from us in a week, please contact us again via contact page, or phone number or email.
DOA Claim?
If you'd like to claim a dead fish, we need a sufficient proof (photos and videos) of the dead fish in the shipping bag. We do not accept claim if the fish dies in your aquarium.
