What Is Our Price Match Guarantee?

If you find a lower price on an identical product at a local competitor or a major online retailer, we’ll match that price — simple as that! Whether it's fish food, filters, aquarium equipment, or accessories, we're here to make sure you never pay more than you should.

How It Works:

1. Find a Lower Price: Make sure the product is the same brand, model, size, and condition as what we offer at Roxy Aquarium.
2. Contact our team via chat from the website, via email: [email protected], or call 03 8000 8722.
3. Provide Proof: Bring in a printed ad, a photo, a website link, or a receipt from the competitor.
4. Get It Matched: Our staff will verify the price and, once approved, you’ll pay the lower price right then and there. We'll verify and match the price, provide you with a coupon, or credit the difference if this is price matching for the ordered invoice, into your account for your next purchase.

Eligible Products

Due to the nature of livestock, such as Live Fish or Live Plants, we do not price match or advertise ourselves to price match for this category of products due to various reasons.
Having said that, you can request us to do so, and we may occasionally be able to do so, or at least provide some discount to help you out.

What Do We Look At, If We Price Match Live Fish?

Please note that price matching for live fish is subject to additional considerations as explained above and below:

  2. Color intensity and pattern differences
  3. Overall health and quality
  4. Breed authenticity
  5. Current market conditions
  6. Seasonal availability
  7. Cost factor for ourselves

Due to these factors, price matching for live fish will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our expert team, and price matching for live stock may or may not be accepted.
