Directions & Dosage

• Ensure ideal water parameters for best results and use FritzZyme® 7 before its expiration date.
• Remove all chlorine and chloramines from water before adding FritzZyme® 7.
• Nitrifying bacteria need ammonia and nitrite to survive. Introduce livestock or another ammonia source (like Fishless Fuel) to start cycling in new systems.
• Maintain proper water flow or aeration.
• Discontinue the use of skimmers and UV sterilizers for at least 5 days after application.
• No contraindications: Can be used with other products and medications.
• Safe for all species, including plants and invertebrates.
• Safe to add directly into a tank with livestock present.
• Will not color or cloud aquarium water.
• Variations in odor and color between bottles are normal; a strong sulfur smell does not indicate dead bacteria.
• Store in a cool, dark place. Do not freeze or overheat.
• If overdosed, live nitrifying bacteria are safe. Observe for distress and perform small water changes if necessary.

• Alkalinity (KH): minimum 4.5 dKH or 80.5 ppm KH
• Phosphate: above 0 ppm
